Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of garden hose fittings supplied by HoseGrip. By purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur. Products are intended for normal domestic garden use unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Delivery
We will aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the Products passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return unused Products within 28 days for refund. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a Product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photographs where possible. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: improper installation or misuse, damage caused by excessive water pressure, freezing conditions, or incompatible fittings, or indirect losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product supplied.

8. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

9. Privacy
Any personal information provided during ordering will only be used to process orders and provide customer support. We will not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary for delivery or legal compliance.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
